How consumers opt in to the RevuIQ Feedback Service
There are two ways to join the programme, and both record who agreed, when, and to what wording.
1. Spoken at the counter
The following consent script is read to consumers by participating business staff at the point of service completion.
“Would you like to receive a text from RevuIQ, our feedback service, with a link to leave a review? You would receive automated feedback and review request messages from RevuIQ at the number you provide. Consent is not required for any purchase or service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Terms of Service and Privacy Policy: www.revuiq.ai/terms and www.revuiq.ai/privacy.”
2. On the business's opt-in form
The consumer fills in their own name and mobile number and ticks a consent box. The box is never pre-ticked, and the form will not submit without it. Beside it stands:
“I agree to receive automated feedback and review request text messages from RevuIQ about my visit to {business}. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg freq varies. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. See www.revuiq.ai/terms and www.revuiq.ai/privacy.”
The first message you receive is a confirmation that you are subscribed. It is sent once, when you join:
“RevuIQ: You are now subscribed to the RevuIQ Feedback Service. After a visit to a participating business we will text you a link to leave a review. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg freq varies. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.”
After that, you receive a review request following a visit to a participating business:
“Hi [First Name], thanks for visiting [Business Name]! We'd love your feedback: [link] - sent by RevuIQ. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
RevuIQ keeps a record of every consent given under this program. For each number we store:

RevuIQ. Every message identifies RevuIQ as the sender with a “sent by RevuIQ” tag. The participating business you visited is named in the message itself, never as the sender.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT work the same way. You will receive one final confirmation and no messages after it:
“RevuIQ: You have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages. To resume these messages, text START to this number. Reply HELP for help.”
Opting out stops all RevuIQ Feedback Service messages, including messages about visits to any other participating business.
Reply START to the same number at any time. YES and UNSTOP work the same way. You will receive one confirmation:
“RevuIQ: You have successfully subscribed to messages from RevuIQ. Text HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg freq varies.”
Only you can undo your own opt-out. A business cannot re-subscribe your number by entering it again, and a later consent given at a different business does not override it.
Reply HELP to any message, or email info@revuiq.ai. Replying HELP returns:
“RevuIQ: This is the RevuIQ feedback service. For support visit www.revuiq.ai or email info@revuiq.ai. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.”
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are never purchased, rented, or uploaded from third-party lists. See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
